Hey all I make a mod called CheatPack which allows you to mess around with a lot of stuff if you prefer a more sandbox style Victoria 2 game or just want to mess around. Fully compatible with most major mods (HFM,HPM etc) I just dropped a update and I'm unsure on what the policy around posting about mods here but if anyone interested feel free.
