If you're looking for official controller support, none of the PC versions of the Mass Effect games have it. You could probably use a third party program like Joy2Key, but you would need to configure that yourself or download a profile someone else has made. Drag the.7z download onto the main interface in Mod Manager to open the importing window, then import the mod. Finally, select the mod and then click Apply Mod. As this mod is being developed new versions of it will appear on ME3Tweaks. Mod Manager will prompt you to update the mod when it finds the update as long as you have them turned on.

According to Ichigo-16, 'The only buttons working are A, B, X, both triggers and joysticks are functioning. The mouse is still required in menus and conversations. Just use xpadder or pinnacle to map other functions as needed.'
